**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

The postdoctoral fellow will conduct, report and present research in his/her field of study under the supervision of a faculty mentor. This is a training position, and is not expected to be a permanent position.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:**

This Postdoctoral Research Fellow Position in the Department of Pathology will investigate the intersection between the field of virology and immunotherapy. Investigations will pursue establishment of animal models and treatments for viruses, with a focus on hepatitis B virus. Various tools for immunotherapy will be also explored, including different cell and gene therapy strategies. Prior experience in virology and various virological techniques (ex: qPCR, ELISA) in BLS2 conditions would be preferred but...
