Postdoctoral and PhD positions are available in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at the University of Alberta (Edmonton, Canada). We are seeking highly motivated candidates with strong background in mass spectrometry, proteomics, or molecular biology, and interests in translational proteomics and antibody sequencing ( The successful candidate will join a dynamic and translational research program in characterization and sequencing of patient-derived human polyclonal antibodies using the cutting-edge mass spectrometry instrumentation available in our Division (Bruker timsOMNI, Thermo Orbitrap Elite, Sciex QTRAP 6500+). These research initiatives are supported by the PRAIRIE HUB for pandemic preparedness and the Canada Biomedical Research Fund (CBRF).
