POSITION OPENING: VATNA - MEMBERSHIP & STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT

Membership & Strategic Development Director (VATNA4)

Reports to: Region Director and Deputy Region Director

Duties

• Review monthly management information concerning member progression and monitor member retention within the Divisions.
• Investigate matters raised in relation to membership issues such as training delays, member exclusion and new/returning member induction.
• Monitor region transfer requests and coordinate with receiving and sending Regions and/or Divisions, as necessary.
• Work with divisions to improve new member retention, ease‑of‑joining programmes, and new member orientation ideas.
• Routinely monitor Division and sub‑Division compliance with VATSIM, Region, and Executive Committee policies.
• Develop progressive plans and programmes for continued development of the Region.
