As a Portfolio Management Specialist – Cards , you will support the execution of credit/debit card portfolio strategies. You will focus on campaign design, customer segmentation, lifecycle engagement, and performance optimisation, working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention.

Cards Portfolio & Campaign Management
Understand and align with portfolio initiatives and priorities defined by key stakeholders.
Develop program frameworks for customer activation, engagement, and retention.
Identify and define target customer segments based on product types and behaviour.
Support campaign planning and execution, including target list generation, communication mix design, and channel strategy/attribution.
Optimise offer communication, messaging, and channel mix to maximise campaign effectiveness.
