The Portfolio Managing Director has overall accountability for an assigned real estate portfolio on a client account, including ownership for overall client relationship, integration of work streams, understanding client strategy, ministry growth, and service delivery for their portfolio of customers.

- Demonstrates strong, competent leadership, integrating multiple work streams and supporting strategic account plans.
- Provides mentoring, coaching and guidance to all team members.
