Responsibilities


+ Govern business portfolios by developing and implementing frameworks, methodologies, and measurements for proposing, approving, and reviewing projects, programs, and services.

+ Lead and facilitate cross-functional planning to support discussions among project owners, including resource allocation, dependencies, and sequencing across portfolios.

+ Coordinate and synchronize portfolios through regular planning sessions to provide a clear understanding of current work streams, backlogs, and outcomes.

+ Monitor processes, tasks, and metrics related to business portfolios, measuring performance against scope, budget, time, and resources.
