About the role

The Portfolio Development Manager (PDM) leads multifunctional teams across BT UK Business and business partners to develop and launch profitable products as part of the Strategic Products roadmap, to create the most commercially successful portfolio of Strategic products. These portfolio developments will drive and support the business success of BT UK Business in terms of market leadership, revenue and profit growth, cost reduction and customer experience. The role of the post-holder has the following principal components that include:

• Project management of the development and launch of new portfolio developments using the BT operating model and launch processes, across all phases. Good understanding of Portfolio Organisations and BT Business Areas requirements in day to day working with regard to investment proposals and portfolio development plans for the financial year in the relevant portfolio areas.
