The Portfolio Analyst supports effective management of the VFPA project portfolio by maintaining, optimizing, and analyzing the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) systems and toolkits. This role ensures data quality, upholds portfolio metadata standards, develops dashboards, and enables consistent, reliable portfolio reporting and visibility across the organization.

What you do:

• Provide PPM systems and toolkits expertise by offering guidance and tooling support related to portfolio reporting, controls, and standard templates; identify knowledge gaps and recommend improvements to ensure PPM systems and toolkits remain accessible, current, and fit for purpose.
• Maintain portfolio metadata standards to ensure consistency and integrity across the PPM system.
