A well-established 4* Hotel in Plettenberg Bay is seeking a friendly, reliable and service-oriented Porter to join their front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people , takes pride in presentation , and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a seamless and memorable stay. POSITION INFO:
Duties: Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage handling
Escort guests to rooms and provide a brief orientation of hotel facilities
Assist with guest requests promptly and professionally
Support reception and housekeeping teams where required
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas
Assist with parking and general guest movement within the property
Deliver messages, amenities and room service items when needed
