Porter

Under the direction of Community Manager, the Porter is responsible for performing routine and preventative care for our downtown properties to ensure professional appearance, curb appeal and operational functionality while maintaining a professional relationship with all residents and staff members. The focus of this job centers on multi-tasking and commercial cleaning while producing quality results.   Must adhere to all Federal, State, and local laws.  Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to those listed. 
 
Essential Functions:

+ Provide exceptional customer service through high quality groundskeeping, housekeeping, and communication. 

+ Maintain building accessibility and appearance, pick up litter, leaf removal and other debris.   May include some landscaping/grounds keeping, cleaning, power washing, exterior painting, snow removal, etc.
