• The Make Ready is responsible for performing general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping services to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes, and responding to customer service requests .As a Make Ready Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that vacant apartment units are thoroughly cleaned, painted, and repaired before they are leased to new residents.
• You will work closely with the maintenance team and report to the Property Manager to ensure that all make-ready tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
