Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious luxury background Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of Al Seef – our poolside restaurant & bar.
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service and sanitation standards, and delivering a relaxed yet exceptional guest experience. The Outlet Manager will lead the team on the floor, especially during peak periods, while continuously driving guest satisfaction and operational performance.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage, with at least 1–2 years in a similar role.
