The Position:
At British Swim School, our Customer Experienceteam are known asDeck Ambassadors. This is a crucial poolside role – it’s the role that manages the all-important first impression and then keeps it going by maintaining warm relationships with families and students throughout their time as a part of our extended “swim family.”
Your Typical Responsibilities:
+ Warmly welcoming new families and getting them off to a good start - getting to know the students and their parents.
+ Setting up the pool deck area before each shift.
