Pool and Beach Attendant

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor the pool area to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations in a courteous manner.
• Set up and maintain poolside furniture including chairs, towels, umbrellas, and tables.
• Assist guests with pool-related inquiries or concerns offering recommendations or guidance as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the pool area by picking up trash, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring proper disposal of waste.
• Take guest orders, provide recommendations and deliver drinks promptly.
• Respond promptly to guest needs such as providing towels or ensuring seating arrangements are comfortable.
• Monitor pool area for any safety hazards and address any risks promptly.
