**Job Description :**

**GENERAL OVERVIEW:**

Performs all functions related to polysomnographic exams and multiple sleep latency testing to provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders; assists with clinical and administrative oversight of polysomnographic technicians.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Performs all polysomnograms and MSLTs according to clinical practice guidelines, as well as departmental policy and procedures. (50%)
+ Provides patient education. (15%)
+ Organizes and prioritizes workload and scheduling of patient testing in an efficient and effective manner. (10%)
+ Oversees the proper calibration, quality control and analysis of all polysomnographic equipment. (10%)
+ Mentors polysomnographic techs and provides educational oversight. (10%)
+ Assists with billing documentation and maintains department records according to departmental policy/p...
