A Polo Horse Specialist is responsible for the training, conditioning, care, and performance management of polo horses to ensure their readiness for training sessions and competitive matches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and condition polo horses for optimal performance.
- Assess horse fitness, temperament, and suitability for polo.
- Develop exercise and rehabilitation programs.
- Coordinate veterinary and farrier care.
- Monitor horse health and performance metrics.
- Assist players in selecting suitable horses for matches.
