**🛠️ What You’ll Do**

+ Grind, polish, sand, and deburr stainless steel and aluminum parts
+ Work on tanks, pressure vessels, and custom fabrications
+ Use hand and power tools (grinders, sanders, polishers)
+ Inspect parts to ensure quality and proper finish standards
+ Follow drawings, instructions, and shop safety guidelines
+ Keep your workspace clean and organized
