Overview
A well-established manufacturer of high-end timber doors and panels for commercial and residential projects is seeking a Polisher and Sprayer to join their production team. This role involves surface preparation, spray finishing, and quality control to ensure all products meet exceptional finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare timber surfaces including sanding, filling, masking, and cleaning
Apply finishes using spray equipment such as HVLP and airless systems
Spray paints, lacquers, stains, and finishing coats
Inspect and rectify defects including runs, sags, and uneven coatings
Mix and match paints to correct specifications
Maintain spray booth, tools, and equipment
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
