Policyholder Services Representative 1/Trainee 1/2 (NY HELPS)

Duties Description Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• In person, field-based meetings with policyholders to collaborate on systematic approach to claims mitigation.
• In-depth analysis of type and cause of injuries to determine an organization’s loss drivers.
• Provision of comprehensive safety services based on loss drivers to mitigate claims. Services include:
o Assessment of safety programs, policies, procedures.
o Creation or enhancement of safety programs, policies, procedures.
o Site inspections to identify and eliminate potential workplace hazards.
o Safety trainings.
o Creation and participation in implementation of strategic service plans.
o Management of individual book or business.
