Policy Planning, Assistant Manager/Manager (Network Project Office)

The candidate will be involved in crafting policies to ensure that Singapore is at the forefront of anti-scam and other defensive network measures spanning across all infocomm/internet channels.

• Work closely with other government agencies and industry to ensure the effective implementation of mitigation measures against scam calls and messages.
• Assist to implement strategy to engage telco regulators and facilitate international cooperation to address the issue of scams at source.
• Perform horizon scanning of anti-scam development and other network defence measures and analyze the impact of these developments on IMDA’s regulatory and market policy.
• Play an advisory role to other business units within IMDA regarding existing policy positions and new areas of policy work in the telecom and media space for scams.
• Organise and provide secretariate support for workgroups and forums. <...
