PO3 Assembler-HUGO

**1st and 2nd Shift Assembly | Buffalo Grove | Weekly pay**

**1st Shift: 5:45am-2pm Monday-Friday $18-21/hr**

**2nd shift- 2:15pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday- WILL TRAIN ON FIRST SHIFT FOR THE FIRST FEW WEEKS! $19-22.50/hr**

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate tools and equipment based on instructions and experience.
+ Assist in creating instructions when none are available.
+ Ensure adherence to standard work and quality policies.
+ Monitor own work to meet quality standards and escalate issues when necessary.
+ Maintain accurate timekeeping, record-keeping, labor tracking, inventory control, and process documentation.
+ Support improvement initiatives and generate innovative solutions to complex problems.
+ Stay updated on certifications and training requirements.
+ Complete assignments on time without compromising quality.
+ Train others on assigned tasks, if necessary.
