Mars is seeking a P&O Business Partner to advise on HR policy and help implement HR procedures, directly supporting Mars leadership to shape an HR agenda aligned with organizational goals.
We expect a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and the ability to work independently while teaming effectively. The role includes development of HR frameworks, talent attraction, and strategic HR analytics.
