PMSS Engineer (Preventive Maintenance Support Services)

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance for network and server hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, racks, and related infrastructure.
• Perform health checks, firmware reviews, performance baselining, and hardware diagnostics.
• Conduct environmental inspections covering cabling, power, cooling, and rack conditions.

• Deliver on-site troubleshooting in alignment with SLA requirements.
• Support incident isolation, root cause identification, and elevate to OEM vendors when required.
• Coordinate RMA activities, parts replacement, and logistics planning.

• Identify early signs of hardware degradation and recommend proactive actions.
