• Acting as a trusted PMO partner to Tech stakeholders, providing visibility, insights, and analysis to support informed decision‑making
• Enabling effective execution of portfolio initiatives by ensuring adherence to our quality standards and governance requirements
• Supporting ongoing project and portfolio activities, including budget and resource planning, as well as fiscal year opening and closing activities
• Ensuring the Project Management Methodology & Practices are correctly and consistently applied
• Giving visibility to the financial information by keeping it up to date in the PMO tools
• Performing quality reviews, providing guidance to project teams, and contributing to portfolio reporting
