PMO Sales Support

Job Description:

The candidate will be an Associate/Senior Associate and will be working as an integral part of the Sales Support team to create opportunities & quotes in CRM (Sales Force).

Work Hours

EST (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Position Duties:

• Responsible for creating Opportunities & Quotes in Sales Force
• Take ownership of work and ensure completion as per agreed SLAs and time frames.
• Respond to Finance/Sales department queries related to Quotes
• Support Finance/Sales Department during month/quarter/Year end
• Ensures that all activities and work functions comply with compliance requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–2-year experience in backend profile
• Prior experience in working Salesforce.com (CRM) is preferred
• Good Communication skills (English - Verbal & Written)
