PMO (Planview Power User)

Role overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Support Officer to provide PMO and project coordination support across our portfolio. This role requires a mandatory Planview power user proven, demonstrable experience with Planview (Project Portfolio Management Platform) is the single most important requirement and will be the deciding factor in candidate selection. The successful candidate will support governance forums, produce management reporting, maintain project records, and ensure smooth administrative and governance processes across projects.

Key responsibilities -

• Act as a Planview power user: configure, maintain, and optimise Planview data, views, dashboards and workflows to support portfolio reporting, demand intake, resource tracking and project lifecycle management.
