PMO Lead

Working directly with the EcoRegion PMO Leader (Americas, APAC or EMEA) within the Enterprise-wide Project Delivery group, the Regional Project Management Office Lead (RPMOL) is responsible for establishing a strong project management practice across their local region.

This role acts as the voice and leadership for the project management practice (Project Directors and Project Managers) within the local region. It drives industry-best-practice improvements in role clarity, career and competency development, and processes and tools, based on a graded approach to project size and complexity.

Through this role, the RPMOL ensures that the Business Groups within the region have the capability to effectively manage the delivery of all project types, achieving successful outcomes for both the client and GHD, in alignment with our long-term strategy.
