PMO Analyst (Venue Technology)

Overseeing Venue Technology project management, operation management, and maintenance processes, providing analytical insights, and facilitating communication among the section teams and stakeholders. Aiming to monitor and enhance the delivery process and control of project, optimize resource utilization, reduce the systems and services interruption and increase availability, enhancing risks management and reporting within the Venue Technology section.

Projects Monitoring and Reporting:
• Generate regular reports and update dashboards to provide insights into project progress, issues, risks, resource utilization, and budgetary performance.
• Work with the project teams to analyse project data to identify risks, dependencies and opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders.
