PMO Analyst

PMO Analyst (Project Coordinator ) – 12 months contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised PMO Analyst to provide end-to-end PMO and operational support to the Project Manager and Delivery Lead. This role plays a key part in ensuring effective governance, coordination, reporting, and day-to-day operational support across the IT project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance & Controls

• Capture accurate meeting minutes, key decisions, and action items; summarise and circulate outputs in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks, Issues, Actions, Decisions) in collaboration with the project team.
• Support the maintenance and periodic updates of the Project Management Plan (PMP).
• Ensure structured documentation management, including proper version control and compliance with organisational standards.
