PMO Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

• PMO Process Support: Support the rollout and maintenance of PMO processes across Global IT. Help maintain portfolio visibility through the centralized initiative register in Confluence/JIRA. Ensure data accuracy across PMO tools by validating entries, maintaining structure, and supporting users. Assist in the preparation of dashboards, status updates, and portfolio reports.
• Resource and Capacity Management: Support the implementation and ongoing governance of capacity management processes. Monitor team allocations and time-tracking information in JIRA, ensuring data consistency. Produce regular capacity and resource utilization reports for stakeholders. Help identify bottlenecks, constraints, and future resourcing risks across teams.
• Quality and Delivery Governance: Assist in applying quality standards and templates across IT delivery. Support adherence to best practices in project execution, documentation, and testing. ...
