To support the Programme Management Office (PMO) within the Highways Planned Delivery Service by collecting, analysing, and reporting on programme and performance data across a portfolio of highways projects valued in excess of £100 million. The role is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and insightful information that supports programme governance, performance monitoring, decision-making, and service improvement.
