PM-NPI Senior Manager/ Manager/ Assistant Manager

Job Mission

To ensure FA / NPI / R & D product transfer smoothly to mass production.

Job Responsibilities
Liaise with MA group and customer about new program transfer.

Coordinate with internal and external parties to make sure new program is run smoothly.

Prepare relevant quality report for management reviewv

Respond all matters that related to new program and engineering change of mass product.

Assist in process/contamination continual improvement to meet customer needs and satisfaction.

Perform other task as per designated by superior.
Accountabilities & Authorities
Ensure the new product is meeting to customer nominal specification and fitness for use.

In-line with company goal and phase in new program successfully.
