PM / BrSE For In-House Product

• Act as a core member of the product development team for Japan HQ, based in the Vietnam subsidiary
• Oversee and manage the development of in-house products such as Cast Me!, SEARCH WRITE, and future projects
• Serve as a bridge between Japanese and Vietnamese team members
• Manage Vietnamese engineers, communicate directives from Japan HQ effectively
• Depending on team and project status, engage in hands-on development work

• Age: 20s to 30s
• Japanese Language: JLPT N2 or higher (N1 preferred)
• Work Experience: Experience working in Japan or at a Japanese company in Vietnam
• Development Experience: Knowledge of Java, React, AWS (experience with Agile development is preferred). While high-level coding is not required, development experience is essential for communicating with engineers.
