Plumbing Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing estimates as required ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Read and verify technician daily job notes, ensuring all packing slips, parts, and time bills are uploaded and accurate.
• Reply to all customer inquiries regarding work orders, time discrepancies, or related issues, maintaining professional and clear communication. Respond to after-hours client inquiries and service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up on all open jobs, verify parts status and location, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Review resumes for plumbing candidates, coordinating and setting up interviews, and assisting in the hiring process.
• Work with Plumbing Service Manager to schedule daily service calls
• Other duties assigned by Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in plumbing services
