**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Plumbing Estimator's / Licensed Plumber's** for projects located in or around **Dayton, OH.** This is a first time opportunity and **the pay rate is up to $40/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Review plans and specifications for bidding and estimating
+ Oversee plumbing projects from pre-construction through completion
+ Oversee rough-ins, top-outs, trim work, inspections, closeouts, and warranty processes
+ Coordinate with General Contractors and project stakeholders
+ Support projects in a variety of sectors including fuel stations, convince stores, hotels, nursing homes, commercial facilities and more
