Plumber

Job Description
• Inspect, install, repair, and replace pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures to maintain heating, cooling, water, sewer, gas, and drainage systems.
• Cut, bend, thread, and fit pipes with adjoining assemblies.
• Seal leaks and clear clogged drains.
• Install sinks, showers, toilets, water heaters, and related plumbing fixtures.
• Estimate time and material requirements for plumbing projects.
• Request and manage plumbing supplies and equipment.
• Perform minor repairs such as replacing tile, replastering, or painting walls after plumbing access work.
• Document all work in the CMMS system.
• Attend training programs as required.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Interpret blueprints and work from sketches or verbal instructions; inspect completed work for compliance with specifications.
