Job Summary

Responsible for performing the highly skilled, discipline specific, tasks required to ensure the smooth operation of Universal Beijing Facilities as it pertains to all industrial, commercial, and non-commercial plumbing equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.

Major Responsibilities

According to relevant laws, regulations, and standards, implement correct safety operation procedures such as confined space operations, climbing operations, and chemical operations during the maintenance and repair of plumbing system, and be able to promptly identify and report safety hazards.

Maintain all facility plumbing systems in accordance with all applicable codes, standards, and UBR specifications to ensure the continuous smooth operation of UBR.
