Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced Plumber to carry out first‑fix plumbing works on wet‑rooms within social housing properties across the Rochdale area. This is a temporary to permanent role offering long‑term stability, a company vehicle and bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

First‑fix plumbing on wet‑room installations in social housing

Installing and routing pipework to specification and compliance standards

Working alongside other trades during bathroom and wet‑room refurbishments

Completing job sheets and reporting progress accurately

Providing excellent customer service when working in occupied properties

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing

Experience working on social housing properties
