Job Summary

Experienced Plumber required on void social housing maintenance works in Swindon for a very busy, reliable and well liked maintenance contractor.

This is a Temp to Perm role so you will be required to complete a 12‑week temporary assignment before being moved into the permanent post. The rate will be a per hour match to the salary.

40 hours per week, 8am-4.30pm

Responsibilities

• Work in void social housing properties
• Be confident and competent in all aspects of plumbing maintenance
• Install bathrooms, sinks, baths, WHB
• Work alongside other trades to get properties ready for the next tenant
• Travel to various jobs in the company van
• Report to the supervisor on progress
