ROVING PLUMBER

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures
• Respond to plumbing issues across assigned locations
• Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot leaks, clogged drains, pipe damage, and water pressure issues
• Install and repair faucets, sinks, toilets, pumps, and other plumbing fixtures
• Perform pipe fitting, cutting, and welding as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Submit daily accomplishment reports
• Coordinate with maintenance team and supervisors
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• High School Graduate or Vocational Course in Plumbing
• With NC II in Plumbing (preferred but not required)
• With at least 1–2 years of plumbing experience
