VANRATH are assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, in their search for a Plumber for 3 months initially with the possibility of extension. You will predominantly be based in their Newtownabbey site.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to fulfil a requirement to:

• To undertake all plumbing work as necessary in the maintenance and refurbishment of Housing Executive stock, including, bathroom suites/ wet rooms, kitchen replacements, general pipework, fitting cylinders, tanks, radiators, sink-tops, immersion heaters, shower trays and units and any other associated works.
• To undertake, as and when required, first and second fix plumbing work.
• To perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify repair and or replace.
• To complete tasks outside their trade where required for operational purposes.
