This is a mobile role covering CO, CM and SS postcodes, so candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day. Key Responsibilities Carrying out a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works in occupied homes. Completing multi-trade tasks including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, painting and decorating where required. Diagnosing faults and resolving maintenance issues efficiently.
