We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join our team, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance works within occupied social housing properties across the Essex area.

This is a mobile role covering CO, CM and SS postcodes, so candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day.

• Carrying out a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works in occupied homes.
• Completing multi-trade tasks including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, painting and decorating where required.
• Diagnosing faults and resolving maintenance issues efficiently.
