Job Description

Position Purpose:

Perform all varieties of plumbing-related construction, maintenance, renovation, and repair projects on campus, including low pressure boilers, both oil and gas fired, for campus domestic hot water and heat. Maintain campus steam distribution systems and controls. Operate computerized building automation systems. Assist in the maintenance of campus building HVAC units.
Job Duties:
Coordinate all plumbing activities with other building trades, College staff, contractors and students.

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing items such as faucets, toilets, shower fixtures, flush valves, drains, pumps, etc.

Operate, maintain, and repair campus low pressure boilers.

Assist in maintaining necessary spare parts and supplies.

Assist with maintenance of campus HVAC units.

Operate all plumbing related equipment.
