Working for a leading FM company on a Local Authority contract, we urgently require a qualified Plumber to work within 2 sites (walking distance) Engineers in the Kingston Area

Main Responsibilities required from the successful Plumber:

• Perform general plumbing and drainage services to both plant equipment and building equipment.
• Working within a Domestic/ Communal area
• Work toward Pre planned maintenance and reactive jobs
• Assist with Building Fabric maintenance
• Required to identify, rectify, or communicate any deviation from safe operational levels during the shift.
• Provide plumbing services to ensure the operation of all the water systems on site. This includes hot and cold-water supplies and drainage.
