**Job Description**

Journeyman plumber who can independently run a job, and an intermediate-level plumber with strong mechanical and commercial plumbing knowledge. You will install and connect a variety of piping systems and fixtures in a commercial new-build environment while working from blueprints and adhering to building codes.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install vent, storm, sanitary, gas, and water piping systems and extend piping to connect fixtures and plumbing to those systems.
+ Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvents, caulking, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
+ Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.
+ Review blueprints, building codes, and specifications to plan and execute plumbing installations correctly.
