Plumber

CBRE GWS is recruiting a Plumber to join the Hard Services team based at the Broughton / Chester site. The role is responsible for carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, installation, testing, and fault‑finding activities across site water services and associated mechanical systems, ensuring full statutory compliance and continuity of critical services. This is a night shift role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and fault diagnosis on plumbing and mechanical systems across the facility.
• Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot water supply and distribution systems, including pipework, valves, fixtures, and outlets.
• Install new water pipework and fixtures in accordance with drawings, specifications, and applicable statutory and industry standards.
