**Job Description**

This role focuses on commercial plumbing for a high-end Medical Office Building project, with an emphasis on rough-in, installation, and finishing work in a healthcare environment. You will independently install and service complex plumbing systems, ensuring strict code compliance, safety, and quality standards for a facility that supports patient care and infection control.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work independently at a mechanic/journeyman level on commercial plumbing tasks for a Medical Office Building project
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute plumbing installations
+ Perform rough-in installation of domestic water systems using copper, PEX, and CPVC piping
+ Install sanitary, waste, and vent piping systems using PVC and cast iron materials
