Plumber

**Job Description**

The Residential Plumber is responsible for performing plumbing installations during both the rough-in and trim-out phases of new construction projects. This role supports full-cycle plumbing work, ensuring systems are installed correctly, safely, and in compliance with applicable plumbing codes and quality standards. The plumber works closely with project teams to help keep projects on schedule, on spec, and completed to a high level of craftsmanship.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform rough-in plumbing installations on new residential construction and related projects.
+ Complete trim-out work, including installing fixtures, connections, and final system components.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
+ Install, repair, and maintain piping systems and plumbing fixtures using materials such as PVC, cast iron, and other approved piping products.
