About the Role

As the Store Manager at Platypus Shoes Smithfield, you'll lead a team of passionate casual team members alongside your Assistant Store Manager. Your primary mission is to drive sales and KPIs, coach and inspire your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll work closely with your Area Manager to identify and act on opportunities for growth, all while operating in a high-profile retail environment.
